‘Tears for Gan-Gan’: Web melts over Princess Charlotte crying at Queen’s funeral

LONDON, ENGLAND: Princess Charlotte could not comprise herself when she noticed the coffin of her great-grandmother aka Queen Elizabeth II being transferred to the hearse at Wellington Arch following the State Funeral on September 19, 2022. The web was abuzz with praises and love because the younger royal broke into tears.

As footage of the 7-year-old burying her face in her palms started circulating on the web, a number of royal followers took to Twitter to laud her for exhibiting respect to the late monarch and dealing with the tragic occasion with grace and maturity past years. On the funeral, Princess Charlotte of Wales walked alongside her brother, Prince George, behind their great-grandmother’s casket, and later sat quietly sat subsequent to their mom, Kate Middleton, whereas the Choir of Westminster Abbey sang the nationwide anthem.

Princess Charlotte paid a candy tribute to her nice -grandmother by sporting a horseshoe-shaped badge to honor Queen Elizabeth II’s love for horses, through the state funeral. Charlotte was a part of the royal household procession behind the Queen’s coffin alongside her dad and mom, Prince Wiliam and Kate, and brother George, 9. The household made their means down the aisle of Westminster Abbey earlier than Kate escorted them into the service.
