However, depending on your age, there are some foods to avoid and some to include in your daily diet to stay fit and healthy.

Eating right as you age
6. In adolescence
At this stage, your body is growing and developing, so it needs a lot of nutrients. This is also the time when people start missing breakfast and eating a diet that consists mostly of junk food, which is wrong.
If you are in this age group, make it a habit to eat breakfast every day. You don’t have to give up your favorite snacks, but consider cutting back. Include foods rich in calcium, protein, and iron in your diet.
5. At 20
When you’re 20, it’s time to make junk food healthy! Swap your fries for popcorn or sweet potato wedges, milk chocolate for dark chocolate, yogurt for ice cream, and eat rotisserie chicken.
Include foods rich in omega-3 fats and folic acids in your diet, such as green leafy vegetables, bread, pasta, nuts, salmon and chia seeds.
4. At 30
To support the bodily changes that occur during this age, include foods that build muscle and strengthen bones in your diet.

To reduce the signs of aging, eat avocado, broccoli, blueberries, walnuts and spinach. Eating apples can help lower cholesterol and fight diabetes.

When you are at this stage, include 5 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit in your diet every day. Eat iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils, and beans.
Soybeans and green leaves will also help you stay in shape. In addition to these, reduce your salt intake. Check items for added salt before purchasing as well.
Drink more water and avoid as many foods and sweets as possible.
